Cancellation Policy

Booking a consultation

When you book a consultation, your selected date is reserved for you. We confirm your appointment by email. For paid sessions, your appointment is confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are available up to 24 hours before your appointment. Reminder emails are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your consultation.

To cancel or reschedule, reply to your confirmation email or contact us as early as possible so we can offer the time to someone else.

Refunds for paid consultations

Paid consultations cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or a rescheduled session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may not be refundable. If we need to reschedule on our end, you'll always be offered a new time or a full refund.

Service engagements

For formation, compliance, and other service work, refund and cancellation terms are described in your written engagement agreement. Government and third-party fees already paid on your behalf are generally non-refundable once submitted.
